Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Flight Instructor for A220 training to deliver initial, recurrent and upgrade instruction in simulators and training devices. The role covers normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, along with aircraft systems and performance topics.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate with the Training Department, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding Breeze values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating.
• Previous US Part 121 pilot experience.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete Breeze initial pilot training.
• High performance orientation, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Breeze and the Training Department at all times.
• Evaluate and train students fairly and thoroughly.
• Understand procedures and techniques for pilot training.
• Maintain knowledge of the Aviation Inspector's Handbook and Breeze manuals.
• Prepare for and provide simulator and ground training.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and scheduling of simulator training.
• Ensure course content meets regulatory requirements.
• Maintain certifications and ratings as required.
• Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze values.
