San Manuel is seeking an Audio Visual Technician - IT to deliver in-depth design, installation and support for enterprise A/V systems. The role trains end users and handles day-to-day requests to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include setting up and testing microphones, speakers, projectors, and displays; maintaining equipment; supporting digital signage software; providing PC and peripheral support; and documenting fixes in the knowledge base.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audio Visual - IT , the Audio Visual Technician - IT provides in-depth technical design, installation and support for all audio visual (A/V) systems. -This role provides training and ongoing support to end users and manages the day to day enterprise requests.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum two (2) years of audio-visual related experience, which includes working directly with projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and LCD/Plasma displays required.
Experience working with digital signage software such as Industry Weapon, Crestron, Orange Door, and SpinetiX is preferred.
General technical aptitude in audio visual technology, computers or networking.
Requires knowledge of network hardware and software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that a non-technical end user and/or senior executive can understand.
Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Ability to work any assigned shift (day/swing/graveyard).
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Driving Responsibilities: Role requires regular commuting between locations. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits is required. Role will not operate or drive Tribe-owned vehicles or patron vehicles.
