Job summary
Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales team by leading technical engagements from pre-sales through post-sales support. You will communicate the technical benefits of the KAIROS IP live production system, PTZ and studio cameras, and professional audio solutions, while gathering customer requirements and designing system layouts.
You will provide on-site engineering services, configuration, integration, and commissioning, and train the PAVNA team,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, EE, Broadcast/AV) or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years in professional video, broadcast, AV industry.
- Knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110 and NDI-based IP workflows.
- Hands-on design and operation of IT/IP networks and AV security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical pre-sales visits for KAIROS IP system and AV solutions.
- Perform product demonstrations and shoot-outs for customers.
- Create customer system designs and layouts for installations.
- Support sales events and train the sales team on products and technologies.
- Provide on-site and virtual operation and maintenance training.
