Panasonic Professional Video & Audio Systems (PAVNA) seeks an experienced software architect to design and build production‑quality features end to end, using AI coding tools to accelerate delivery. You’ll set technical direction, define architecture, and own quality from concept to ship, collaborating with hardware and software teams.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end ownership, security, and the integration of PAVNA hardware such as KAIROS and broadcast systems with software platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping software with hands-on work that can be shown
• Strong architecture judgment for platform/API/integration decisions
• Fluent use of AI tools for product features and AI coding assistants
• Experience evaluating third-party proposals and managing vendors against SLAs/milestones
• Knowledge of security fundamentals for networked/SaaS products

Responsibilities

• Translate management direction into a clear technical plan and execute it using AI tools
• Define acceptance criteria for each deliverable before development begins
• Make architecture calls for APIs, platforms, and integrations and implement them
• Drive AI coding tools as the primary build engine to prototype and ship features
• Own software delivery end to end and manage vendor accountability and milestones
