• Expertise in AMX and Crestron equipment, Network and Audio, VTC training, or similar.
• Experienced in multimedia audiovisual support and AV tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Set-up of teleconferences and audiovisual equipment for meetings at customer sites.
• Operate equipment during meetings and disassemble after; support Webcast, Webinar, and video teleconferences.
• Lead cabling and room setup activities; assist presenters with access to accounts and media resources.
