Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a bumper-to-bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, they are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed.

The role may interface with customers in various capacities. A brand new state-of-the-art facility in Annapolis, MD area is available, and the position is full-time with negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of automotive technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all vehicle systems without supervision.
• Mentor and support other technicians in the shop.
• Interface with customers as needed.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
