Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a bumper-to-bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, you will be a shop lead and help develop other technicians, with occasional customer interaction.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience, a High School diploma, and ready to join a full-time role offering a yearly bonus, sign-on bonus, moving expense, and full benefits. Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 4–7 years automotive technician experience.
• Ability to work without supervision and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair any system of the automobile without supervision.
• Lead and mentor other technicians in the shop.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
