Hyundai Motor America seeks a master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any automotive system without supervision. This role often leads the shop and mentors other technicians, and may interface with customers in various capacities.
Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of experience, a High School education, and a willingness to engage in Hyundai factory training and career development opportunities. This is a full-time position in Miami, FL with competitive pay structures.

What We Offer
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor‑led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
A technician capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems of the automobile, with little guidance or support from an A-Tech, Shop Foreman, or Team Leader. Efficient and effective at on the job learning to apply to new vehicles and technology when concerns arise. Improved diagnostic skills through training & experience, and competent in complex mechanical repairs.
