Job summary

Moog is seeking an A&T Technician I for an onsite role in Buffalo, NY (East Aurora area). The position reports to the Sr. Operations Coordinator and involves a 3rd shift schedule on site.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and roughly one year of related technical experience; strong ability to read and follow instructions is essential. Moog offers comprehensive benefits and a 10% shift differential for 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Use mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures, tooling, gauges and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings, instructions and parts lists; communicate performance results and circumstances.
• Test finished products on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment to obtain required results.
• Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to recommend rework and configuration changes.

Job Title: A&T Technician I

Work Schedule: Onsite - Buffalo, NY

Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for an A&T Technician I to join them. You will report to the Sr. Operations Coordinator and will have an onsite, 3rd shift work schedule in East Aurora, New York.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• 1 year of related experience in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms to obtain desired build requirements.
• Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instruction and provide communication defining performance results and situational circumstances.
• Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools to obtain desired performance results.
• Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes to achieve desired results.

Buffalo, NY $22.00-$29.04 Hourly
