Allegiance Flag Supply is hiring for a Weekday Manufacturing Shift in Charleston, SC. You will join a fast-paced sewing department, rotating across 2–3 stations to assemble finished flags with a focus on quality and precision.

The role requires in-person work, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. The schedule runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no night shifts and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate industrial equipment (training provided).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a high-energy manufacturing team.
• Rotate between production stations supporting the assembly of finished flags.
• Operate and maintain industrial equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure precision and quality.
• Help produce premium American flags with exceptional craftsmanship.
