Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket (US) OB in Olive Branch, MS is hiring an entry-level Production/Logistics associate. You will perform data entry, process receipts, and maintain inventory records using SAP to input orders.

This full-time role requires the ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate with team members to ensure on-time delivery and accurate records. Training will be provided.

SUMMARY

Perform data entry functions for orders, receipts, stock locations, etc. Check in, break down and maintenance of receipts. Process expedite request. Maintain all records for department on inventory and orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Input data into SAP.

Make system adjustments as needed.

Communicate with team members regarding delegation of work, HOT orders, etc.

Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.

Ability to multi-task and work on projects with little or no supervision.

Ability to change priorities on short notice.
