In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex financial cycles like ASC 606 revenue recognition, advanced ERP data architecture, and executive-level reporting—offering you a clear path for professional development and career mobility within our finance organization.
Location: Irvine, CA (Fully In-Office)
Compensation: $41.00 - $46.00 / hour

Prepare detailed supporting schedules and workpapers for the monthly close package and audit preparation.
Provide critical AR, billing, and collections data supporting ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue calculations.
Reconcile daily transactions across high-volume merchant processing platforms, special finance entity disbursements, processing fees, ACH transfers, chargebacks, and reserve holdbacks.
Match merchant deposits directly against bank statements, investigating batch timing differences, short payments, and discrepancies.
Monitor lender portals, reconcile funded disbursements to open receivables, and apply direct wire and cash receipts promptly with complete audit trails.
Manage the order-to-billing pipeline, tracking incoming sales orders and ensuring their conversion into active, billable accounts.
Serve as the primary operational contact between Finance, Sales, Collections, Billing, merchant processors, and special finance partners to resolve account inquiries quickly.
Act as the internal subject matter expert for the NetSuite AR module, managing customer records, billing schedules, invoices, payments, and saved searches.
Troubleshoot module issues alongside NetSuite administrators or consultants to streamline workflows.
Partner with the accounting management team on administrative and clerical tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.
Paid vacation and paid company holidays throughout the year.
A vibrant team culture featuring regular quarterly social events, team outings, and annual holiday parties.
401(k) retirement savings plan options to support your long-term financial health.
Full autonomy over a vital financial function with direct access to accounting leadership and ongoing exposure to strategic revenue operations.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
