Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of credit and collections experience.
• Must have manufacturing industry experience.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and collection activities.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Review customer credit information and support credit decisions.
