The Assessment & Referral Clinician (A&R Clinician) is responsible for managing a high volume of patient and professional inquiries, scheduling and conducting intake appointments, performing follow‑up calls, tracking assessments and admissions, updating bed and assessment boards, and using a multi‑line telephone system. Work is performed in a team setting as well as independently and is supervised by the Director of Intake.
The A&R Clinician coordinates and communicates with patients, families and referral sources daily. Strong customer service skills and effective communication are essential.
