Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care billing/collections.
• Experience in high-volume long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and third-party insurance.
• Experience with PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly collections of Private Payments, Patient Liability, and Private Co-insurance.
• Monitor aged receivables and follow up with families.
• Interact with residents and families regarding financial issues.
• Maintain accurate Resident Trust fund according to policies.
• Work independently under tight deadlines.
