Job summary

Superior Air Parts in Coppell, Texas, seeks a Technical Support Representative to join our on-site team. You will serve as the technical expert and primary contact for customers, resolving product concerns, processing warranty and RMA claims, and reviewing technical documentation to ensure proper installation and flight safety.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P license with 5–10 years of engine maintenance experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• 5–10 years of dedicated engine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engine overhaul manuals, schematics, IPCs, and engineering drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Interact with aircraft owners, pilots, and maintenance personnel on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Process product warranty and RMA claims according to procedures.
• Track warranty data and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate technical documents for eligibility and installation parameters.
• Travel to aviation events and support customers on-site.
