Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P Mechanic) to perform maintenance, servicing and related functions on CAE aircraft at the assigned location, following FAA and CAE procedures.

Responsibilities include aircraft inspections, sheet metal and composite repairs, avionics/electrical troubleshooting, ground support equipment servicing, and safe operation in all weather. Domestic and international travel may be required, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license with no violations or enforcement actions.
3 years' experience as an A&P Mechanic.
Knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 91 and 43.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, servicing and related functions on assigned aircraft.
Perform sheet metal and composite repairs.
Troubleshoot avionics and electrical systems.
Perform aircraft towing operations.
Service ground support equipment and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
Ensure a safe and secure work environment and compliance with CAE policies.
