Qualifikationen

• Active FAA A&P certificate is required.
• At least 3 recent years of experience as a certificated A&P on piston-powered GA aircraft.
• Flight school or training fleet background strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91.
• Capable of working independently and making sound airworthiness calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable using maintenance tracking software.
• Willing to work day or night shifts based on operational needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain standing, bending, and kneeling as needed.

Aufgaben

• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on piston-powered general aviation aircraft.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and return aircraft to service in compliance with FAA regulations, approved data, and procedures.
• Reference and apply maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, SBs, and ADs.
• Complete thorough aircraft logbook entries and maintenance records.
• Keep the work environment clean, orderly, and safety-focused.
• Collaborate with fellow mechanics and operations to support fleet readiness.
• Reprioritize tasks in response to aircraft availability and flight schedules.
• Cover day or night shifts as assigned to meet requirements.
