Job summary

Avflight Harrisburg – Middletown, PA is seeking a part-time A&P Mechanic responsible for airframe and powerplant repair, routine inspections, and on-call maintenance at the airport. The role requires a current A&P license, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

You will perform 100-hour and annual inspections, troubleshoot a wide range of systems, document repairs in logbooks per FAA rules, and may install optional equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years general aviation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100 hour and annual inspections and A&P checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair airframe components, engines, and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform structural repairs to airframe and service hydraulic systems.
• Log repairs per FAA requirements and company procedures.
• Operate outdoors in varying weather and airport noise levels.
