  • Collaborate closely with other mechanics and avionics technicians to meet customer expectations and support overall team performance.
  • Assist colleagues in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Support the Lead Mobile Service Technician in inspecting, maintaining, and servicing equipment and tooling stored in the mobile service vehicle.
  • Verify that the mobile service vehicle remains in safe operating condition, including checking fluid levels, tire pressures, and performing other routine inspections.
  • Respond to on‑call and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events throughout the assigned region, sometimes for trips lasting from one to two weeks, but more commonly for one to three days.
  • Represent the organization professionally in the field, maintaining clear communication with customers and providing excellent service at remote locations.
Essential Skills

  • Commitment to safety and quality control in all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Eligibility to work in an FAA safety‑sensitive position.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to undergo a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Ability to travel and work in an on‑call capacity, including AOG trips of varying duration.
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a mobile service team in field environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
