AIM is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Instructors to join our nationwide onsite program. This role delivers FAA Part 147-aligned training and provides hands-on instruction to aspiring aircraft maintenance technicians across our 15 campus locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience and holds an FAA A&P certificate. Training is available, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules, including evening options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• FAA A&P Mechanic Certificate is required.
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven training environment.
• Willing to train and mentor students in hands-on settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach aircraft maintenance systems and hands-on procedures.
• Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum for A&P certification.
• Demonstrate practical skills required by A&P mechanics.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
