Job summary

AIM in Indianapolis is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join as Instructors. You will deliver FAA Part 147-aligned curriculum and provide hands-on instruction to students preparing for FAA A&P certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in aviation or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach FAA Part 147-aligned aviation maintenance curriculum.
• Provide hands-on instruction to students preparing for A&P certification.
• Demonstrate practical aircraft maintenance skills in classroom and hangar environments.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
• Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership.
