AIM is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team as instructors across our nationwide campuses. The role delivers FAA Part 147-aligned curriculum and hands-on instruction to students preparing for A&P certification in aircraft maintenance.

No prior teaching experience is required; AIM provides a 5-day paid instructor training program to support a smooth transition into the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• Hands-on experience with aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Teach aircraft maintenance systems and procedures in a hands-on environment.
• Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification.
• Demonstrate practical skills used by A&P mechanics and aviation technicians.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
