AIM, the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team as instructors across multiple nationwide campuses. This role emphasizes hands-on teaching and FAA-aligned training to prepare students for A&P certification.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience and an A&P certificate, with a passion for mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in aviation or related field preferred.
• Background as an A&P Mechanic or AMT.

Responsibilities

• Teach aviation maintenance systems and hands-on procedures.
• Deliver FAA-aligned curriculum to prepare students for A&P certification.
• Demonstrate practical maintenance skills in classroom and hangar.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and student progress records.
• Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership.
• Create a structured, engaging, and safety-focused learning environment.
