PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our aerospace team in Piney Flats, TN. You will perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on rotorcraft, ensuring airworthiness and safety.

Responsibilities include reading manuals, documenting work, and collaborating with team to keep aircraft on schedule. Must bring your own tools and hold a valid FAA A&P certificate with rotorcraft experience.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required.
• Minimum 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience is required.
• Rotorcraft maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Complete major inspections, structural repairs, and basic sheet metal repairs.

• Assist with post-maintenance flight tests as required.

Location: Piney Flats, TN |Schedule: 1st shift, Mon to Thurs 6AM-4:30pm | Pay Rates: $25 - $40/hour

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification .
• Minimum 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience performing duties related to this role.
• Rotorcraft maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must provide your own tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing major inspections and structural repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a maintenance environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and team lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, bending, and reaching.
• Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing and aircraft maintenance environment while wearing required PPE.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $40.00 per hour
