ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking a motivated Service Technician I in California to join our FAA Part 145 Repair Station team. You will perform disassembly, inspection, repair, overhaul, assembly, testing, and documentation of aircraft components, including electronic assemblies and actuators. Newly certified A&P graduates are encouraged to apply.

The role offers extensive training, a strong mechanical aptitude emphasis, and opportunities to grow within a global aerospace leader.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong basic math skills and good English communication.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and follow Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and drawings.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, assemble, overhaul and test aircraft accessories.
• Use precision measuring tools and test equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document maintenance findings, actions, and labor hours in records and work orders.
• Coordinate with QA and Test personnel to ensure proper inspection routing.
• Maintain familiarity with tools and inspection aids in the work area.
