Cutter Aviation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Control/Floor Inspector to support the Chief Inspector in Repair Station operations. The role emphasizes maintaining safety and quality through accurate inspections and proper paperwork.

Ideal candidates hold an FAA A&P certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of aircraft maintenance experience; strong independence, teamwork, and ability to interpret technical publications are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have an FAA approved Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• Three years business/corporate aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Work efficiently with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Assist the Chief Inspector with logbook research as required.
• Perform aircraft inspections when not inspecting discrepancies or work orders.
• Assist the Chief Inspector with floor inspection items. Giving the “ok to close panels” and being the “backup” to ensure quality and safety of our products.
• Assist the Chief Inspector with returning aircraft to service after work is completed. Ensure that we are delivering a safe aircraft that meets our quality standards.
• Inspecting discrepancies once completed for proper repairs, correct paperwork, and correct sign-off of discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
