Western Aircraft Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Aircraft Inspector to perform in-progress and final inspections on articles under assembly, repair, or alteration. You will verify compliance with FAA regs and the Repair Station Manual to Return to Service and maintain aircraft airworthiness.

The role requires 5+ years in general aviation maintenance, A&P certs, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. On-site work in an aircraft hangar with safety procedures is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years’ experience in general aviation maintenance.
• Airframe & Powerplant Certifications required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to determine airworthiness and approve major/minor repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual inspections for quality and workmanship.
• Monitor service department adherence to the Western Safety Manual.
• Ensure work complies with Repair Station Manual and FAA regulations.
• Make airworthiness decisions and determine part approvals.
• Communicate with leads and service managers regarding work orders.
• Ensure proper tooling is used and calibrated for airworthiness.
