Aircraft Services in Miami, FL seeks a QC Inspector / A&P to perform inspections on civil aviation articles per manufacturers data for continued airworthiness and to support service bulletins, ADs, and related directives. You will verify compliance with manufacturer manuals, conduct incoming, hidden damage, in-process and final inspections, review records, and ensure paperwork is complete.

May approve work for return to service under 14 CFR Part 65.

Qualificações

• FAA Certificated with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
• Experience involving inspection and certifying airworthiness.
• Knowledge of FARs and ability to apply and interpret FARs/ACs.
• Three years experience in maintenance and repair of airframes, powerplants and systems >12,500 lbs.
• Active airman privileges for last 2 years.
• Meet physical requirements and read/write English.

Responsabilidades

• Verify work performed is in compliance with manufacturer manuals.
• Perform incoming, primary, hidden damage, in-process and final inspections.
• Review maintenance records, documentation and logbooks for completion.
• May approve work for return to service under 14 CFR Part 65.
• Adhere to safety requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
