Job summary

Thrive Aviation in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Maintenance Technician III to maintain aircraft and components per Thrive policies, manuals, and FAA requirements. You will perform inspections, ensure safety, and sign off on work records in a fast-paced environment.

Required are an A&P license and 5+ years of experience, plus the ability to read wiring diagrams and engineering drawings. Expect travel as needed and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently A&P License required.
• 5+ years of Aircraft Maintenance Technician experience.
• College degree with applicable focus preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 135 maintenance requirements.
• OSHA knowledge and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components and systems.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections and address discrepancies.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Provide support to Ground Operation Technicians.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document work on forms.
• Travel as needed.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I/II.
