Thrive Aviation in Paradise, NV is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain aircraft and components in accordance with FAA requirements and Thrive policies. You will perform inspections, service airframes, power plants, and avionics, and ensure proper paperwork is completed accurately.

The ideal candidate holds an A&P license, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, excellent communication and time management, and can work well under pressure in a safety‑driven environment.

Formación

• Requires A&P license with FAA Part 135/repair knowledge.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• College degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform overhauls, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, power plants, and avionics per Thrive manuals and FAA requirements.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections and clear discrepancies.
• Attach the correct tags to parts removed from aircraft per Thrive policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Process all required paperwork and records accurately and on time.
• Provide support to Ground Operation Technicians and travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
