Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Maintenance to plan and direct maintenance operations for line and overnight shifts. You will oversee Crew Chiefs and Mechanics, ensuring airworthiness, availability, and cost efficiency while complying with FARs and company procedures.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across shifts. Prior avionics and budgeting experience are preferred; MS Office skills are expected. Equal opportunity employer based in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control maintenance operations for line and overnight maintenance.
• Ensure qualified personnel are available and assigned to optimize airworthiness and economics.
• Formulate procedures; ensure tools and equipment are maintained safely; provide status information.
• Coordinate transfer of work between shifts and provide support to Crew Chiefs and Mechanics.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills; troubleshoot as needed.
