Job summary

Envoy Air in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to direct line and overnight maintenance across aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and efficiency. You will lead Crew Chiefs and Mechanics, allocate qualified personnel, and uphold company policies and FARs while controlling budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• A&P license is required.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• FARs knowledge and airworthiness awareness.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends).
• Authorized to work in the United States; English fluency.
• Avionics and budgets/labor contracts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control maintenance operations for line and overnight maintenance.
• Ensure qualified personnel are assigned to maximize airworthiness and efficiency.
• Maintain tools/equipment and provide status updates on aircraft.
• Manage shift transfers between crews and shifts.
• Support Crew Chiefs and Mechanics as needed.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
