PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in HVAC manufacturing to hire an A/P + A/R Support professional in Kennesaw, GA. You’ll help billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and service administration, collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and keep financial processes running smoothly.

The role supports open AR, outstanding invoices, vendor invoices, and purchase orders; you’ll maintain records, and assist cross-functional teams to complete weekly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices and service billings according to contracts, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, change orders, trailing costs, and work order issues.
• Monitor open AR, outstanding invoices, and payment status; assist with resolving payment and cash receipt discrepancies.
• Collect and verify purchase orders and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial and service records, system data, and reporting.
• Partner with Service Coordinators and cross-functional teams to complete weekly and monthly invoicing and administrative requirements.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep billing and service activities on track.

Location: Kennesaw, GA | Payrate: $20.98/hour | Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm/EST

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to find a detail-oriented A/P + A/R Support professional to join their team.

In this role, you’ll support billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor invoices, and service administration, while partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and keep financial processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices and service billings according to contracts, schedules, and customer requirements.

Pay Details: $20.98 per hour
