Falcon, established in 2005, seeks an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to manage payables and receivables for our Central Florida operations. You will ensure accurate general ledger entries, invoices, and vendor communications.

Key duties include matching invoices to purchase orders, maintaining filing systems, tracking milestone payments, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and GAAP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining records according to GAAP, including general ledger entries, AP, AR, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Processing of Accounts Payables – match invoices to POs, review invoices for discrepancies, coordinate with vendors to reconcile.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders for information needs.
• Establish and maintain filing systems for vendor and customer invoicing documentation; track milestone payments and submit invoices timely.
• Manage collection activities by sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past-due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies.
• Independently set priorities for completion of varied administrative and project duties.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining records according to generally accepted accounting principles including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of bank statements

• Processing of Accounts Payables – receive and match invoices to purchase orders, review invoices for discrepancies, contact vendors to reconcile

• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders if additional information is necessary

• Establish and maintain filing systems for vendor and customer invoicing documentation

  Track project milestone payment schedule and submit invoices to the customers on time

• Manages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies

• Independently establish priorities for completion of varied administrative and project-oriented duties

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
