Job summary

Avertium, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Architecture & Optimization (A&O) practice. You will coordinate projects, schedules, milestones, and resources, keeping teams aligned and risks identified early.

You’ll develop a solid understanding of A&O delivery needs and partner with professional services, delivery leaders, and customers to move work forward. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of coordination or project management experience in tech services,

Qualifications

• Coordinate A&O projects and engagements, including scheduling, timelines, milestones, project status, and resource needs.
• Partner with delivery leaders, project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are planned and supported.
• Develop understanding of A&O projects, terminology, and delivery requirements; ask questions to define scope and risks.
• Maintain visibility into resource capacity and upcoming demand; identify conflicts and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate A&O projects and engagements, including scheduling, timelines, milestones, project status, and resource needs.
• Lead or facilitate regular project and resource coordination meetings to review upcoming work, assignments, scheduling conflicts, and changing priorities.
• Monitor the service opportunity pipeline to anticipate upcoming projects, scheduling needs, and potential resource requirements.
• Communicate with customers as needed to coordinate project needs, manage expectations, and address scheduling or scope concerns.
