Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Industry Verticals Product Principal to lead high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives across B2B verticals. You will shape the product vision and strategy across multiple lines and provide strategic leadership to product managers and advisors.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with executive leadership on planning and investment decisions, drive Go-To-Market strategies for new solutions, and ensure product initiatives align with business objectives and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience.
10+ years in industry verticals product & solutions management, innovation, or related roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
Deep industry knowledge and experience with industry verticals products and solutions, both B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-value product initiatives and programs across B2B verticals.
Shape product vision and strategy across multiple product lines.
Provide thought leadership and mentor product managers and advisors.
Lead cross-functional orchestration with executive leadership on planning and investments.
Drive Go-To-Market and commercialization strategy for new products and solutions.
Ensure alignment of product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs through the product lifecycle management.
