Responsibilities

• Review RFQs for part numbers, quantities, delivery needs, and documentation requirements.
• Obtain and compare vendor pricing, availability, lead times, and minimum quantities; negotiate within company guidelines.
• Prepare accurate quotations using approved costs and pricing guidelines for Sales Account Manager review.
• Expedite vendor orders, confirm shipping commitments, follow up on outstanding items, and elevate delays.
• Coordinate delivery priorities with Sales Account Managers and provide customers with expediting reports.
• Maintain accurate quotation, supplier, and open-order records.
• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations to resolve sourcing, documentation, and delivery issues.
