The Corporate Development Lead will drive transactions, perform due diligence, build financial models, and manage client relationships in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of M&A within Investment Banking or Corporate Development.
• Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
• Extensive experience across Aerospace and Defense (Aviation, Defense Systems, Space Technology).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing transactions for clients in the Aerospace and Defense Sector.
• Performing analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions in the Aerospace, Defense, and broader Industrials space.
• Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
• Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
