Job summary

Fabuwood is seeking an A+D Channel Manager in Newark, NJ to drive growth by building trusted relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers. You will lead brand advocacy, deliver CEU-based product education, and provide technical cabinetry guidance across projects from inspiration to final specification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trade development or architectural/design sales.
• Strong design sensibility and knowledge of design trends.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Solid understanding of cabinetry products and specification processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly within territory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers.
• Serve as primary brand ambassador for the A&D community.
• Deliver CEU-accredited presentations and product education sessions.
• Provide technical guidance on cabinetry specifications and applications.
• Support project lifecycle from inspiration to final specification.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trade and design community.
• Influence specification process to drive project conversion.
• Track and report on project pipeline and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Support trade events and showroom experiences.
• Represent Fabuwood at industry associations and events.
• Monitor design trends and market dynamics; report to leadership.
