Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Account Director for Aerospace & Defense in Cincinnati to lead key client relationships, drive revenue, and own P&L for major accounts. You will partner with delivery and industry teams to shape multi-service engagements and win new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in A&D, experience closing deals from $250K to multi-million levels, and deep knowledge of ITAR, NIST, CMMC, GCC GovCloud, AWS GovCloud and FedRAMP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense domain with 7+ years of experience.
• Regulated industry experience in A&D including compliance and security.

Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with VP/CXO decision makers in A&D.
• Map client organization and build a sales strategy for new opportunities.
• Drive multi-service line deals and revenue growth.
• Own revenue targets and negotiate terms.
• Lead RFPs and renewals to secure new business.
