Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare has partnered to provide locum tenens staffing support nationwide, ensuring physicians and advanced practice professionals can cover shifts as needed. The program offers a broad surgical case mix, including general, spinal, OB, neuro, and complex vascular/orthopedic cases, with shifts spanning days, evenings, and nights.

Candidates can expect hourly pay in the $300.00–$400.00 range, with all-inclusive compensation that may include overtime and call.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Coverage needed approx. 1 - 2 weeks per month; 8hr guaranteed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage in assigned ORs across general, spinal, OB, neuro, and thoracic cases.
• Work days, evenings, and nights as required, including weekends.
• Coordinate with Weatherby consultant for travel and housing arrangements.
