Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens physicians to cover 1–2 weeks per month across a broad surgical case mix, including OB, general, spinal, regional, vascular and orthopedic procedures. Shifts are 8 hours with days, evenings and nights required in a high-volume, stroke-certified facility.

Assignments include 7 operating rooms, paid malpractice, and pre-paid travel and housing. You’ll have 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant and support throughout the placement; rates range from

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Experience with OB, vascular and orthopedic cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for 1–2 weeks per month.
• Work 8-hour shifts including days, evenings, and nights.
• Handle general, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro, thoracic cases.
• Handle complex vascular and orthopedic cases as required.
• Travel and housing expenses pre-paid; malpractice insurance provided.
