Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens anesthesia provider to cover 8-hour shifts in Downey, CA, including days, evenings, and nights. The assignment includes general, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro and thoracic cases across 7 operating rooms.

Shifts run about 1–2 weeks per month, with paid malpractice insurance and travel/housing support. Rates range from $300 to $400 per hour and all earnings are all-inclusive.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing anesthesia for general, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro and thoracic cases.
• Comfort working nights and weekends.
• Willingness to cover 7 operating rooms with a broad case mix.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia across diverse surgical cases including complex vascular and orthopedic procedures.
• Adhere to patient safety standards and documentation in the online portal.

From $300.00 to $400.00 hourly
