Job summary

Perfect Shift LLC in Selma, TX is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and complete jobs from start to finish on Domestic vehicles in a 6-bay shop.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 30-hour weekly guarantee and weekly pay. Tekmetric is used for shop management and digital inspections, with ongoing training and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated automotive repair experience appropriate for an A-Level or B-Level Technician role.
• Strong diagnostic skills with end-to-end repair capabilities.
• Experience working on Domestic vehicles and using digital shop systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine repairs needed to complete the job.
• Take assigned vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs primarily on Domestic vehicles.
• Use Tekmetric for shop workflow and digital vehicle inspections.
• Document repair findings clearly using shop computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with the team to support workflow.
• Take ownership of assigned work and see repairs through to completion.
