Job summary

Eddie's Auto Repair in Lenoir City, TN is seeking experienced A- and B-Level Automotive Technicians for a flat-rate shop. The role offers strong earning potential with pay of $30–$40 per flagged hour and no weekends, alongside a climate-controlled shop and paid training with ASE reimbursement.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, performing maintenance and inspections, and communicating recommendations to Service Advisors. ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Willingness to continue learning and training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles.
• Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Repair brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivability concerns.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Follow shop procedures and quality standards.
