• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for communicating with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Tutor recurring small group(s) of 9th graders on specific High School Algebra topics.
• Work with Math Coach to review and internalize provided lesson plans and materials for small group instruction.
• Establish rapport with teenagers while staying goal oriented.
• Invest in building habits and skills for success in math class.
• Score and record exit assessments after each session.
• Regularly review data for assigned students with the Math Coach.
