Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions, LLC seeks an Allied Trade Specialist (MOS 91E) Instructor to support the US Army Ordnance School on-site at Fort Lee, VA. The role trains 91-series MOS through hands-on and classroom delivery with government-approved curricula.

Candidate needs 3+ years MOS experience, MOS/ASI certifications, and MS Office proficiency. TRADOC and Fort Lee instructor experience is preferred, with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of technical and tactical MOS experience.
• MOS and ASI specific training certification prior to start.
• Proficient in MS Office to access training tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructor services for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) per instruction programs.
• Deliver classroom or bay training, hands-on performance training, and simulation/virtual training.
• Teach government-approved curricula for 91-series MOSs; TRADOC and Fort Lee experience required.
