Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions seeks a qualified 91F Small Arms/Towed Artillery Repairer Instructor to establish and maintain a comprehensive training program at Fort Lee, NJ. The role covers classroom instruction, updating POIs, and consulting on training packages per PWS, with SME input for revisions and remediation training.

Responsibilities include maintaining classrooms, testing materials, and assisting with outdoor site setup, while ensuring proficiency as per USA ODS SOP.

Qualifications

• Represents teaching and training requirement.
• Experience updating lesson plans and training materials.
• SME role in revising POIs, Lesson Plans and TSPs.
• Maintain classrooms and training aids; stock materials and support outdoor training.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a training program and ensure proficiency requirements.
• Provide academic instruction and review/update publications per course materials.
• Serve as Assistant Instructor and provide remediation training.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, stock training materials.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

CFDIC certification (within last 5 years)

ISCC training with refresher every 3 years

Blackboard 101 Instructor Training refresher

Three years technical/tactical small arms experience (MOS 91F, 91G, or 91K)

Background in 91F/G/K, 2111/2112等 small arms repair
