Job summary

Chitra Productions seeks an experienced 92Y Unit Supply Specialist Instructor to support the U.S. Army Quartermaster School at Fort Lee, Virginia. The role delivers classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction aligned with POIs, CMPs, and Army doctrine.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in 92Y, instructional experience, and fluency with GCSS-Army Live Educational Environment and IMI tools. Strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced in MOS 92Y – Unit Supply Specialist.
• Minimum of six years of experience in MOS 92Y.
• Prior experience as an instructor or observer/controller.
• Experience with GCSS-Army Live Educational Environment.
• Experience employing or ability to effectively utilize blended-learning products and Interactive Multimedia Instruction.
• Ability to train and monitor students during classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and hands-on examinations.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to use required instructional technology, training equipment, and course materials.
• Ability to work effectively with Government personnel and fellow instructors.
• Ability to provide documentation verifying required qualifications, certifications, and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction for Quartermaster School courses.
• Train, observe, monitor, and evaluate students during instruction and practical exercises.
• Conduct instruction in accordance with Programs of Instruction and Army doctrine.
• Employ blended-learning products and IMI as part of course delivery.
• Utilize GCSS-Army Live Educational Environment to support instruction.
• Operate instructional technology and training equipment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide instructional feedback.
• Maintain a professional learning environment.
• Work with Government personnel and training personnel.
